What if Ali had met Lee? Both of them were fast, and Bruce Lee admired Muhammad Ali. You could tell by the way he borrowed Ali's shuffle and made it his own. If Ali had met Bruce Lee, he would have told Lee: You stole my shuffle, but you ain't fast as me.

Muhammad Ali always mentioned in his rhyme: 'His hands can't hit what his eyes can't see.' Bruce and Ali probably would have sparred with one another. Bruce Lee probably would have showed Muhammad Ali that it is possible to hit what you cannot see by sparring with him blind folded.

Bruce Lee knew mixed martial arts, but could he have beaten Muhammad Ali in regular boxing? If you want my honest opinion, I don't think so. Muhammad Ali probably would have gotten a kick out of some of Bruce's philosophy. Bruce Lee would have told him to be shapeless and formless like water.
